I have also written and illustrated New Life in Christ (a booklet which has been translated into thirteen languages) and Abiding in Jesus, a Bible study workbook, in addition to an Alphabet of Promises.

Artist:
Trained as an artist, I favor drawing and painting a wide variety of subject matter. Some of the examples of my work can be seen on my website: www.SallyRackets.com. In addition to illustrating the books I’ve written, I also illustrated and recommend Thin Within by Judy and Arthur Halliday and The Rest of the Gospel by Dan Stone and Greg Smith.

However, my real passion is communicating the love of Jesus. To that end, I have had the privilege of speaking in Mexico, Eastern Europe, as well as a variety of venues in the states.  Topics include: Our Identity in Christ, Forgiven and Freed to be Fruitful, New Life in Christ, and Abiding in Jesus.

My husband, Steve, and I consider Snoqualmie, WA one of the most beautiful places on earth in which we have the pleasure to live. We enjoy being a part of a loving church and friendly community committed to serving others.

Each of our three grown children are married to terrific people, through whom, God has given us five delightful grandchildren.

We love sharing meals and time with family and friends. However, they will warn you, my rule is that if it takes longer to prepare than to consume, chances are I won’t be serving it.
